Voici le communiqué officiel que j’ai reçu par mail de la part de l’Association Tunisienne des Diplômés des Instituts d’Art Dramatique (en arabe, français et anglais)
اجـتـمـع الـيـوم 25 مـارس 2012 أهـل الـمـسـرح مـن مـحـتـرفـيـن وهـواة وطـلـبـة اسـتـعـدادا للاحـتـفـالات بـالـيـوم الـعـالـمـي للـمـسـرح الـذي سـيـقـام يـوم 27 مـارس الـجـاري . وقـد اخـتـاروا أن تـكـون الـعـروض مـوزّعـة بـيـن الـقـاعـات الـمـغـلـقـة والـفـضـاء الـعـامّ بـشـارع الـحـبـيـب بـورقـيـبـة، حـتّـى تـكـتـسـي هـذه الـتـظـاهـرة طـابـعـا احـتـفـالـيّـا وشـعـبـيّـا ، مـع الـعـلـم أنّ الـبـرنـامـج قـد حـصـل عـلى تـرخيـص مـن وزارة الـداخـلـيّـة .وبـعـد لـحـظـات مـن انـطـلاق الـتـظـاهـرة الـتـي ضُـبِـطـت برمـجـتـهـا ووقـع الاسـتـعـداد لـهـا مـنـذ ثلاثـة أشـهـر لـتـكـون احـتـفـالـيـّة بـالأسـاس ، تـدخّـلـت مـجـمـوعـة مـن الـسـلـفـيـيـن ، لـتـمـنـع الاحـتـفـال بـكـلّ مـا أوتـيـت مـن الـوسـائـل ، بـمـا فـي ذلـك اسـتـعـمـال الـعـنـف .
فـقـد انـهـالـت الـمـجـمـوعـة تـهـشـيـمـا لـمـعـدّات الـركـحـيـن الـمـعـدّيـن للـعـروض ، مـع احـتـلال الـمـكـان وإبـعـاد الـفـنّـانـيـن عـنـوة ، وانـهـالـوا بـشـتّـى أصـنـاف الـعـنـف عـلـى عـدد مـن المـشـاركـيـن . كـلّ ذلـك أمـام أنـظـار رجـال الأمـن الـذيـن لـم يـحـرّكـوا سـاكـنـا . وحـيـن تـحـرّكـوا دفـعـوا المـسـرحـيـيـن نـسـاء ورجـالا داخـل الـمـسـرح البـلـدي أيـن قـبـعـوا بـالـقـوّة مـا يـربـو عـلـى الـسـاعـتـيـن .
وازاء ما تقدم نعبر نحن
أهـل الـمـسـرح نـسـاء ورجـالا وفـنّـانـيـن مـن مـخـتـلـف الآفـاق عـن أقـصـى درجـات الـــتـنـديـد بـوزارة الـداخـلـيّة ، نـظـرا لـعـدم مبـالاتـهـا وغـيـاب فـاعـلـيّـتـهـا ، بـل و محاباتها للـمـجـمـوعـات الـعـنـيـفـة
الـمـنـظّـمـة ، فـي حـيـن كـانـت تـعـايـن دون تـدخّـل ، مـا يـسـلّـط عـلـى الـمـواطـنـيـن مـن
عـنـف .
لـتـحـمّـلـهـا مـسـؤولـيّـة مـا تـرتّـب عـن مـنـحـهـا الـمـشـبـوه لـتـرخـيـصـيـن قـانـونـيـيـن ، فـي تـوقـيـت واحـد وفـي مـكـان واحـد ، لـمـنـظّـمـي الـتـظـاهـرة الـمـسـرحـيّـة وللـجـمـعـيّـات الـسـلـفـيّـة.
كما نـنـدّد كـذلـك بـوزارة الـثـقـافـة الـتـي مـن واجـبـهـا حـمـايـة الـفـنّـانـيـن والـتـظـاهـرات
الـثـقـافـيـة . والحال انها أبـدت مـوقـفـا بـعـيـدا كـلّ الـبـعـد عـن الـمـسـؤولـيـة ، وأودعـت مـنـظـوريـهـا لـقـانـون الـغـاب الـسـلـفـي .
وإنّذ نـطـالـب الـوزارتـيـن بـالـتـنـديـد الـفـوري والـصـارم بـهـذه الأفـعـال الـخـطـيـرة وبتقديم اعتذار علني، كالإعتراف بمسؤوليتهما فـي الـعـنـف الـذي سُلّـط عـلـى الـفـنّـانـيـن وأهـل الـثـقـافـة .
و إنّـنـا نـدعـو الأحـزاب الـسـيـاسـيـة وخـاصّة مـنـهـا الـمـشـاركـة فـي الائـتـلاف الـحـكـومـي ، ومـنـظّـمـات الـمـجـتـمـع الـمـدنـي الى أن تـنـدّد بـدورهـا بـهـذه الـهـجـمـة الـشـرسـة الـمـتـكـرّرة ضـدّ كـلّ شـكـل مـن أشـكـال الـتـعـبـيـر الـحـرّ فـي الـبـلاد .
وإنّـنـا نـعـتـبـر الـصـمـت أمـام مـا حـصـل الـيـوم بـشـارع الـحـبـيـب بـورقـيـبـة تـواطـؤا فـاضـحـا وتـشـجـيـعـا عـلـى الـكـراهـيـة وسـعـيـا للـتـفـرقـة بـيـن الـتــونـسـيـيــن

Aujourd’hui 25 Mars 2012, des professionnels, des amateurs, des étudiants de théâtre se sont réunis pour le lancement des festivités de la Journée Mondiale du Théâtre, qui aura lieu le 27 Mars. Ils ont choisi de le faire autant dans les théâtres fermés que dans l’espace public de l’Avenue Habib Bourguiba, afin de donner un caractère festif et populaire à cette manifestation ; qui a par ailleurs obtenu l’autorisation du ministère de l’intérieur.
A peine commencée, cette manifestation, prévue et préparée depuis 3 mois, qui devait être une fête, a été violement empêchée par une foule de salafistes déterminée à aller jusqu’au bout et par tous les moyens, y compris violents, pour qu’elle n’ait pas lieu. Les deux scènes mises en place sur l’avenue ont été respectivement détruites et occupées par ces groupes, après en avoir chassé par la force les artistes. Des participants ont été violentés, physiquement sans que la police, présente pourtant en nombre à quelques pas n’intervienne. Et quand celle ci s’est manifestée, c’était pour acculer les femmes et les hommes de théâtre à pénétrer au sein du théâtre municipal où elle les a cantonnés de force. Pendant plus de deux heures.
Nous, femmes et hommes de théâtre, artistes de tous les horizons, condamnons avec la plus extrême vigueur le ministère de l’Intérieur :
1-Pour sa passivité et sa complaisance envers ces groupes organisés et violents, alors que des citoyens se faisaient agresser.
2-Pour avoir généré cette situation en accordant au même moment et au même endroit une autorisation légale aux organisateurs de la manifestation théâtrale, et aux associations salafistes.
Nous condamnons également le ministère de la Culture, dont il est de la responsabilité de protéger les artistes et les manifestations culturelles ; et qui a fait preuve d’irresponsabilité totale, en les abandonnant à la loi de la jungle salafiste.
Nous exigeons que ces deux ministères dénoncent fermement et sans délai, ces actes dangereux et présentent publiquement leurs excuses, assumant ainsi chacun sa part de responsabilité manifeste dans cette violence exercée contre les artistes, et les gens de la culture.
Nous appelons les partis politiques, et notamment ceux de la coalition gouvernementale, les syndicats, et les organisations de la société civile à prendre position fermement, et sans délai, et à dénoncer sans réserves cette attaque délibérée et haineuse, et qui n’est pas la première, contre toute forme d’expression artistique libre dans le pays.
Nous estimons que tout silence face à ce qui s’est passé aujourd’hui avenue Habib Bourguiba est un silence complice et un encouragement à la haine et à la division des Tunisiens.

Today, March 25th 2012, professionals, amateurs, and drama students gathered to launch the festivities of the World Theatre Day which will take place on March 27th. They chose to do so in closed theatres as well as in the public space of the Habib Bourguiba Avenue, in order to celebrate the event in a festive and popular mood. The event was granted full authorization by the Interior ministry.
But no sooner had the event, supposed to be a celebration, scheduled and prepared for the past 3 months, started, that a crowd of determined fundamentalists tried to stop it from taking place, by all means, including violence. The two stages which had been set up on the avenue were respectively destroyed and occupied by these groups, after having forced the artists to leave. Some of the participants were assaulted physically without the police intervening, although they were in number at the scene. When they did eventually react, it was to push the artists into the Municipal Theatre, and keep them locked in there for over a couple of hours.
We, stage women and men, artists from every horizon, vigorously condemn the Interior ministry:
1-For its passivity and complacency towards these violent and organized groups, while citizens were being assaulted.
2-For having generated this situation, in granting the fundamentalist associations a legal authorization, at the same time and place as the organizers of the theatrical event.
We also condemn the ministry of Culture whose responsibility is to protect artists and cultural events, but showed a sheer lack of responsibility, by abandoning them to the fundamentalists.
We demand that these two ministries firmly and without delay condemn these dangerous acts, and publicly apologize, each acknowledging their blatant responsibility in the violence towards the artists, and the men and women of culture.
We are calling all political parties, in particular those of the governmental coalition, the Unions, and the civil society organizations, to take a firm stand without delay, and to fully condemn this attack, full of hatred and deliberate, and isn’t the first of its kind, against any free form of artistic expression in this country.
We consider any silence regarding the events that took place on Habib Bourguiba Avenue as a conniving silence, and an encouragement towards hatred and the division of the Tunisian people.
